Emotional Intelligence is one of the key indicators of success in relationships and business, but how well do we really know ourselves? Are we paying attention to the signs and signals and adapting in order to maintain our intelligence in times of turmoil and uncertainty? Are we able to manage our emotions and support others in managing theirs to get to the best solutions and maintain positive relationships?

During this 3-4 hour experience participants will get grounded in emotional intelligence theory, have a hands-on-experience through connection and a walk with our alpaca “guides”. The group will then debrief, have practical real world discussions and engage in practical application and strategies that can be implemented immediately.

Participants will:

  • Learn emotional intelligence theory
  • Be provided a hands on experience of EQ through introduction & guided walk with our  alpacas
  •  Apply the experience to real life examples
  • Create a personal practice plan to implement the learning
