Rhett

Rhett is our mini-Highland “Red” Bull. He may be smaller in stature than his full sized friends, but his story is larger than life. He proudly took part in our very first cow wedding and is now the devoted husband to Muriel. He can be a little feisty at times, especially if his snacks aren’t on time.

Greta

Greta is a beautiful yellow Mini Highland with a gentle spirit and a quietly captivating presence. The shyest girl in the group, she prefers to observe before stepping forward, often lingering just close enough to keep an eye on the action. While she may not be the first to demand attention, those who earn her trust are rewarded with her sweet, steady companionship.

Ethel is our tiny Micro beauty queen. With her lovely Dun coloring – just like Muriel – she’s a soft, golden standout in the pasture. She loves being brushed and will happily soak up all the attention she can get.

Perfectly petite, she’s an example of just how small “Micro” can be in the Highland world.

Muriel

Muriel is the girl who started it all, our very first micro Highland cow. She considers herself farm royalty and expects scratches, snacks, and attention whenever the mood strikes.

In June 2025, Muriel married her handsome beau Rhett right here on the farm in the world’s first ever cow wedding, making farm history and confusing a lot of people.

Cookie

Cookie is a mini Highland, Panda, and Highpark cross with a big personality packed into a small cow. She absolutely loves having her spine scratched and will happily lean in for a good back rub.

She’s a little shy around kids and has a very specific fear… yoga pants with weird designs. Can you blame her?

Darla is our striking Mini Panlander, a designer blend of Highland and Panda. She is naturally polled (no horns).

Betty White is a mini-Highland and is quite literally the cow version of her namesake. She is full of personality, impossible to ignore, and always ready for her moment. Most days she’s more “Betty Beige” thanks to her favorite pastime of burying her entire head in the hay. The moment guests arrive, she steals the spotlight and fully expects to be admired. Living her best life and never far from the snacks, Betty is a main character in the pasture.
