Meet Cheryl, your corporate trainer and host

Cheryl is a seasoned corporate instructor with over 20 years of experience delivering corporate leadership training to Fortune 100 companies and municipalities. Her clients have included RBC, the City of Waterloo, Bayer, UHN, and UBS.

Cheryl’s journey from corporate trainer to award-winning entrepreneur showcases her exceptional ability to lead, innovate, and inspire. As co-founder of Udderly Ridiculous and Udderly Ridiculous Farm Life, she’s brought gourmet goat milk ice cream to over 300 retailers nationwide and transformed a working farm into a top-ranked agri-tourism destination, attracting thousands of visitors each year. During the pandemic, she pivoted to focus on agricultural education while continuing to grow her business, which now holds 11 awards and global recognition from Tripadvisor. Beyond the farm, Cheryl champions women’s empowerment through her “Wreck the Dress” initiative and actively supports global causes through World Vision.

Facility & Amenities

Our unique farm setting offers more than just a scenic backdrop – it’s a fully equipped space designed to facilitate both learning and relaxation.

Capacity & Setup: Our farm market store transforms into a comfortable classroom that can accommodate up to 30 participants. We offer various seating arrangements, including pods of 4-6 people, boardroom style, u-shaped, and classroom style.
Audio/Visual & Connectivity: We provide AV equipment, including a projector and screen, to support presentations and training sessions. WIFI connectivity is available, although limited due to the rural setting.
Catering Options: Enhance your session with coffee breaks and a locally-sourced lunch, featuring farm-fresh ingredients. These can be added to your training package upon request.
Parking & Restrooms: Free parking is available for all participants, ensuring easy access to the facility. There are three washrooms onsite to accommodate your team.
Breaks & Outdoor Access: We encourage participants to take advantage of the farm’s natural beauty during breaks. A walk around the property provides a refreshing mental reset, perfect for maintaining focus during intensive sessions. For an added mental health benefit, participants can interact with our friendly goats in the barn attached to the training room, offering a unique way to destress and recharge.
