Ice Cream So Good, it’s Ridiculous

Using the best possible ingredients, starting with goat milk straight from the farm!

Why GOAT MILK ice cream?

Because happy cows aren’t the only ones making great milk!

Goat milk is naturally lower in lactose than cow’s milk and packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, and beneficial enzymes. Its unique A2 casein protein structure and smaller fat globules make it easier for many people to digest.

It also contains naturally occurring medium-chain fatty acids like capric and caprylic acid, plus fewer naturally occurring sugars than many traditional dairy options.

The result? A rich, creamy, delicious scoop that’s not just a treat…it’s a smarter choice for your spoon.

Goat milk ice cream: ridiculously good, naturally different.

Our Ingredients

We believe great ice cream starts with incredible ingredients.

We search the world for the finest flavours and pair them with the best of what’s close to home, including the Ontario goat milk and cream that form the heart of every scoop we create.

Our recipes are crafted without artificial flavours, colours, chemical additives, or unnecessary preservatives. What you see is what nature intended: beautiful, authentic colours created by real ingredients, not a rainbow of artificial tricks.

From farm to freezer, every flavour is made with care, curiosity, and a whole lot of goat-powered goodness.

Lemon Cream

During a whirlwind trip to Italy for Greg’s 40th birthday, we discovered the magic of authentic Italian gelato. Every day became a mission to find the perfect scoop, and I quickly became obsessed with one unforgettable combination: a scoop of lemon paired with a scoop of yogurt gelato – to die for!

When we returned home, I went through serious gelato withdrawal because that perfect pairing was nowhere to be found. Until now!

So, naturally, we had to create it ourselves.

Our Lemon Yogurt Goat Milk Ice Cream combines the best of both worlds: a creamy, dreamy base made with fresh Ontario goat milk, cream, and curd, blended with real lemon juice for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

The result? A refreshing, velvety scoop that brings together everything I loved about that Italian gelato experience.

Now you don’t have to travel to Italy to enjoy my favourite combination… you’re welcome!

Ingredients: Goat’s milk · Goat’s cream · Cane sugar · Lemon juice · Goat’s milk cheese curd (pasteurized goat’s milk, sea salt, microbial enzyme, and bacterial culture) · Goat whey protein concentrate · Locust bean gum · Guar gum · Sea salt. Contains: Milk.

Peachy Mango-Tango

So many people are embracing the smoothie craze… adding a little green this, a little kale that, and blending up all kinds of “good-for-you” creations. I give them credit.

When I reach for a smoothie, I’m craving something different: fresh, bright flavours with a little tartness, a little sweetness, and a whole lot of refreshment. My favourite combination? Mango and peach.

Then I thought to myself… self, this would make one ridiculously good ice cream.

And here it is.

Our Mango Peach Goat Milk Ice Cream starts with our signature sweet base made from fresh Ontario goat milk, cream, and curd, then blended with real peach and mango purées to create the same refreshing, fruity feeling you love in a smoothie, only in a creamy scoop.

To all the kale lovers out there… I admire your dedication. I’m just not ready to go there yet.

Ingredients: Goat’s milk ▪ Goat’s cream ▪ Cane sugar ▪ Mango puree ▪ Peach puree ▪ Goats milk cheese curd (pasteurized goat’s milk, sea salt, microbial enzyme, and bacterial culture) ▪ Goat whey protein concentrate Locust bean gum ▪ Guar gum ▪ Sea salt Contains: Milk.

Vanilla Bean Lavender

Vanilla is not boring. Vanilla is a masterpiece. For too long, vanilla has been treated like the supporting act, buried under mountains of sugary sauces and toppings. But true vanilla is one of the most complex and captivating flavours in the world, and it deserves the spotlight.

Our award-winning Vanilla Lavender Goat Milk Ice Cream starts with fresh Ontario goat milk, cream, and curd, creating a rich and creamy foundation. We then blend in luscious real vanilla with the flavourful depth of vanilla beans, perfectly balanced with a delicate hint of English Lavender sourced from Apple Hill Lavender Farm.

The result is a beautifully layered scoop that is creamy, floral, and wonderfully sophisticated.

Of course, it can still happily accompany a slice of pie or be dressed up with fresh berries… but honestly, why cover up something this delicious?

Ingredients: Goat’s milk · Goat’s cream · Cane sugar · Goat’s milk cheese curd (pasteurized goat’s milk, sea salt, microbial enzyme, and bacterial culture) · Goat whey protein concentrate · Locust bean gum · Guar gum · Vanilla Extract · Vanilla seeds · Sea salt · Lavender oil. Contains: Milk.

Wine & Dark Chocolate

It’s amazing how our tastes evolve as we get older… and how our methods of stress relief evolve when you are the parent to four boys!

For me, a little indulgence became a simple luxury: a glass of full-bodied, smooth red wine paired with a piece of rich dark chocolate. The perfect moment! letting the chocolate warm just enough, taking a sip of wine, and enjoying how the two flavours come together in a beautifully decadent combination.

But who has time for that anymore? So, we decided to bring those two worlds together in one unforgettable scoop.

Our Red Wine Chocolate Goat Milk Ice Cream starts with a rich, creamy base made from fresh Ontario goat milk, cream, and curd. We blend in Dutch cocoa and exquisite 74% bittersweet chocolate, then infuse it with Legends Estate Ontario VQA Merlot wine to create a deeply indulgent flavour experience.

Go ahead… indulge because you want to, or because you just need a little “time out.” We get it.

Ingredients: Goat’s milk ▪ Goat’s cream ▪ Cane sugar ▪ Red wine ▪ Cocoa powder ▪ Bitter sweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavour) ▪ Goats milk cheese curd (pasteurized goat’s milk, sea salt, microbial enzyme, and bacterial culture) ▪  Goat whey protein concentrate ▪ Locust bean gum ▪ Guar gum ▪ Sea salt. Contains: Milk ▪ Soya ▪ Sulphites

… one goat at a time. We want to be a part of creating opportunities to help rural communities not just survive but to flourish. We created the Gift a Goat™ program with the support of World Vision Canada with this idea in mind. 10¢ from each purchase of our 473ml ice cream goes to our Gift a Goat™ program – purchasing goats for needy families through World Vision. We are excited to support agriculture at home and around the world.

FAQ’s

Why aren’t your products available in grocery stores or other provinces anymore?

This is a question we get often, and we completely understand why! Many of you love our products and wish you could find them closer to home.

Over the years, we’ve explored expanding into larger grocery chains and other provinces. However, as a small, seasonal, handcrafted brand, getting onto national grocery shelves comes with significant challenges.

We no longer have a distributor that can transport our products across provincial lines, which limits where we can supply. Large grocery chains also come with major costs, including shelf placement fees (often $7,500–$15,000 per flavour), promotional fees, flyer costs, distributor fees, and required retailer margins.

For large manufacturers, these expenses may make sense—but for a seasonal niche product, the upfront investment and risk are simply too high.

Our focus remains on creating high-quality products, supporting our local community, and growing in a way that allows us to maintain the care and quality you love.

Thank you for continuing to support small producers. Every purchase, recommendation, and message means the world to us!

No. Goat milk is still considered dairy, so anyone with a dairy allergy should not consume goat milk products without first consulting their doctor.

That said, goat milk is naturally different from cow’s milk. It contains less lactose and approximately 89% less Alpha S1 Casein than cow’s milk. Many people with lactose intolerance or sensitivities find they can enjoy goat milk products with fewer digestive issues, such as bloating or discomfort, compared to cow’s milk.

All of our recipes are nut free, and all of our flavours are gluten free except for our Coffee Craft Brew flavour, which contains real beer.

However, our manufacturing facility is not a certified gluten-free or nut-free facility, meaning there is a small possibility of cross-contamination. The facility follows strict wash-down protocols and typically produces our batches before other ice cream products to help minimize this risk.

No. Our ice cream is made with dairy and contains sugar and carbohydrates, so it is not vegan or keto friendly.

No, our ice cream is made with dairy, and does contain sugar/carbohydrates.

We are committed to creating an all-natural product and, at this time, Stevia does not align with our current recipe approach.

Ice cream is a surprisingly complex product! Creating the perfect scoop requires a careful balance of ingredients to achieve the right freezing properties, creaminess, texture, scoopability, and flavour. We have not yet had the opportunity to fully explore how ingredients like Stevia would affect our recipe.

We are always open to learning and experimenting in the future, but for now we are proud of the recipe we have created.

We recently sold our milking herd and so all our milk is sourced from other Ontario Dairy Goat farms. However, we also have our walking trail and farm life experiences where you can book to interact with the miniature goats, alpacas, chickens, mini highland cows and mini-donkeys as well as an on farm market store.

These are all natural, plant based stabilizers. We need to list all 4 for labelling requirements, but it is not 4X the amount – we use a proprietary blend of these which makes up less than 2% of the overall recipe. Stabilizer ensures smaller ice crystalization, especially under conditions where the ice cream is not consumed immediately – ice cream may need to go from the plant to a cold facility, to then retailers on a truck and then into their freezers which get open and closed constantly. Stabilizer offers some protection from this fluctuation in temperature so if the product temperature changes where it gets a little warmer and then colder again ice crystals are not becoming larger.

Our ice cream is made with all-natural ingredients, but it is not certified organic.

To achieve organic certification, every goat farm supplying our milk and every ingredient used in our recipes would also need to meet organic certification requirements. At this time, that level of certification is not possible for our supply chain.
