We love joking around on the farm. There’s no HR department. The HR department is Harry and Rosie (HR) who are figments of our imagination. So when we knew April fools was coming up, we thought “how can we trick our friends, but also make it somewhat believable?” And we came up with GoatScaping™ (the TM stands for Tom and Marie), a mobile landscaping business where our goats eat your grass on a monthly subscription!
We made a page for this service! It’s still up, and we still get inquiries about it, even though the button to subscribe takes you to the Wikipedia page for April Fools. We even got a very angry email from someone who really wanted this to be real and was ready to subscribe… Sorry not sorry.
It has a ton of useful information before subscribing like how in 2011, lawn equipment was responsible for releasing 26.7 million tons of pollutants. That’s equivalent to 28.8 trillion human farts which I produced yesterday after eating an entire cheesecake.
